How do you give 0 stars? Reported fridge freezer not cooling on 9th July. Have had three visits and frequent rearranged appointments still not working. Always rearrange the day before appointment. List of excuses from part not in, Engineer sick now parts lost in transit. Do not use ,!!!

I had my cavity wall installation removed by 0800repair over 8 weeks ago ia am now waiting for them to refill it I have phoned up loads o f time to see when will they be comeing to do it they are supposed to be doing it on eco scame every time I phone up they fob me of with lies I ask to speak to a manager they say I’ll get him to phone you back they never do this 0800repair group is the worst company I have ever dealt with keep well a way from them I wish I never went with them I am now speaking legal advice a gainsed this company

Had a boiler installed from the green scheme. The service contract was with 0800 and believe me such a useless company that they took over 8 weeks to sort a problem. Had a new issue of no water and waiting for over 3 days for a call back. Please avoid this company as they are not into customer service. Those who have no issues you are lucky. There is no one to raise it to manager and all they have to say is someone will call back. I will be calling the Citizen advice shortly today

Have very product insurance policy made claim for faulty damage remote on the 7/7/2021 girl took my model number told would send replacement magic remote 2 weeks later nothing called back was told by same girl madrasah bresnen 0800repair had tried to contact me as they also need serial number so gave that too and was told takes 7 days and I still have nothing and to let you know I have a Apple smart phone and to let you know I have received no emails or phone calls from your company just had a text asking me to kindly leave a trustpilot review so I did. Now I have a message from a Dionne Armstrong asking me for my address details as 0800 repair pride themselves on good work and she will look into my problems and get back to me. As of today I have heard nothing from 0800repair or Dionne Armstrong about our replacement ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY

Hi all I had a really bad experience with 0800repair . I would not recommend their services to anyone !! Story :- shat frodge was not cooling s i paid for repair service than 1st engineer cones and looks at it and orders 3 parts he said any of tue parts could be faulty. 2 weeks later engineer 2 cones with no parts had no damage idea what happening even so parts were ordered and it was on the job . 2 weeks later 3rd engineer comes and replaced 2 parts bit not tue board which was ordered . And promised that fridge is not repairable and i would get a replacement from Sharp . Ask me to call back office in 48hr so tue report would completed and ever everything be ok and should get a new fridge but not tue case -: appears that condenser faulty so i cant get a new one but they will send an engineer to install the 3 part. And make sure os compressor faulty . But will take another 2 weeks 2 weeks later 4 th engineer comes during that week i received 2 parts for the fridge a board and relay not sure why . Engineer turns up opens tue frodge and sats condenser is not kicking - making noise so its faulty so he told me quite a few times that he sies not need to waste anymore tome so he will report back saying i should get a replacement fridge so he did not replaced any parts . Promise that report will go to sharp so they will call me back to arrange to deliver an new fridge due its ONLY 2 YEARS OLD -: ask me to call office 48hr Call back today not the case explain the situation no help - very miserable, rude , unfriendly lady stuff member repeats het self like robot and wont pass me to any managers due they are not in you know the story !! So she makes another appointment in 2 weeks time another engineer will cone and have a look at it . After i said that i replaced the board which is very simple due got a electronic- it back ground so the fridge starts making noise and red alarm Lights is flashing so she said could be another issue !! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU LIVE YOURSELF AND VALUE YOURSELF AND FONT WANT TO WASTE YOIR TIME PLUS IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET STRESSED OUT BY DEALING WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD !!!!

Did not show up on two occasions inspite of messages the day before confirming appointments and threatening me with a penalty charge if I was not available. Changed the dates on numerous occasions, dance to their tune or they will serve a penalty charge. Not to be trusted.... Suppliers and customers beware, Bullying behaviours.

Phoned me to cancel my appointment a day before. Have already waited 2 weeks for them to come out & now the closest they can offer is another 2 weeks away. To call me 4.30 on a friday and tell me to call back to reschedule, they close at 5pm. Absolutely disgusting service

Had a fridge freezer which stopped working. I called 0800 Repair and they charged me £179 to send an engineer out to have a look. I told them I thought the issue was with the compressor and they informed me that if the engineer couldn't fix it, they would refund me all but £50 of the fee. The engineer came out, diagnosed a re-gas was required and said that he'd have to come back with another engineer as he wasn't confident enough to do it himself. From this point on, I heard nothing from 0800 repair. I chased it up after a week and was told I would be contacted by the area supervisor to re-arrange a visit. Another week went by and again, I chased it up. I was told this time that a re-gas or a compressor change was not covered under the agreement and that I would have been told this when I spoke to them in the first instance. I was NOT told this. I asked for a full refund and was told that someone would review the original call and get back to me. Nobody got back to me. I chased again after a further week and was told that they had reviewed the call and that I was only entitled to a partial refund. They were very dismissive of my complaint that I had not been told the full facts about what issues would be classed as "unable to fix." They were very quick to take the money from me (instant, in fact) but three weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. They don't communicate without prompting and when they do communicate, it's just lies. If I could give these charlatans minus stars I would. AVOID!

0800 Repair was tasked by my insurance company to fix my gas cooker, making 3 unsuccessful visits, with every appointment cancelled and rescheduled. First visit (5639591): The cooker partially repaired, however gas the burner kept extinguishing. Reporting this problem, I phoned all day, the calls were unanswered, as was the message left on their website. Eventually making contact was told to make a new claim with my insurance company. Second visit (5781536): A different engineer made adjustments, advising that a new part was required if the problem persisted, which it did. Third visit (6639168): A different engineer didn’t bring the required part (I explained ongoing problem beforehand), advising that it would be ordered and fitted. From the time of booking this last visit to the next would have been well over 2-months, due to multiple cancelled and rescheduled appointments. My insurance company, Domestic & General, were excellent when informed, replacing the appliance and cancelling the repair. Days later I received a text from 0800 repair advising me that my booked appointment was again rescheduled. 0800 Repair customer service is the worst that I have experienced.

DO NOT USE 0800 REPAIR! Ref: 3550774 I reported that the oven door had fallen off of our AEG oven on 25th March. The engineer couldn't come until 7th April, but at least then it would be fixed. But no! 7th April - Engineer Ben arrives with the wrong oven door. Rebooks us for 20th April. 20th April - engineer calls to say the part hasn't arrived. Rebooks us for 28th April. 28th April - engineer calls to say the part hasn't arrived and arranges for customer service to call us. Customer service supervisor Lauren spoke to us, and could not care less about this catalogue of easily-avoidable errors. She took no responsibility, did nothing to speed anything up and didn't even apologise. Avoid this company! Use anyone else!!

Extremely poor level of service. Avoid if you can. I've had 3 appointments with this company so far to repair my dishwasher and it's still nowhere near being fixed. During the first appointment the engineer didn't carry out any tests of the appliance and having made wrong assumptions ordered a wrong part. The second appointment a week later was cancelled a few hours before, they said the reason was that they had the wrong part. During appointment number 3 (another week later) the engineer realised that he still didn't have the right part. Once he left the company went silent and forgot to order the right part or book another appointment. When I called them the customer service rep was rude and only then ordered the right part but couldn't book an appointment as she had no idea when the part would arrive. I started telling her what happened but she interrupted me, refused to listen and instead of apologising said that if I don't like them I can speak to my retailer (this was a warranty repair). And I will definitely complain about this experience to the retailer as suggested.

Appalling customer service from the engineer . I have never experienced anything like i did today the problem with the fridge was not fixed either and then to blame me for messing him about when i was told they would give me a time they were coming out to my 74 year old dads flat so i could get someone round only to be given a 3 hour time slot then to get a phone call when he was at the flat telling me i had 3 minutes to get someone there or he was going this was disgraceful customer service

AVOID............ I made contact on 22/2 and booked a repair having told thier agent exactly what the issue was with the appliance, i was told parts were being ordered (which was a lie), and an engineer would be with me 5/3. 5/3 engineer arrived and said he had to order parts. Contacted helpless desk and complained that engineer was supposed to come with parts and told I will be contacted within 24 hours for a fix date. 10/3 just had to chase myself as NO CONTACT MADE and now been told next visit is 17/3, 24 days (OVER 3 WEEKS) after contact.

Completely incompetent company. They constantly lie and don’t do the jobs you have paid for. They take your money and you get nothing in return. They should be closed down and sued for all there scandalous activities.

Do not take out warranty with this company and do not book with them. The worse company Completrly unreliable and zero customer service. 1st December ordered part only thermocouple booked for 7th December come through 7th wrong engineer booked so now I have to wait until 17th then 8am 17th engineer calls been to postoffice my part not there!! Yes that the part ordered on the 1st confirmed it arrived on 5th to be fitted on 7th but suddenly the post office that is open at 8am on morning of appointment don’t have part 🤔 really after my complaining engineer turns up late afternoon no parts can’t do nothing and will get part and fit Saturday, you guessed Saturday came and went not even a call. After me calling promised someone will be here on 31st to fit part. We now have no cooking facilities all Christmas. 30th late afternoon I get text saying appointment booked for 5th January no explanation no call nothing. Absolutely disgrace and now no cooler nee year as well. I would 100 per cent give this company a miss 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I have never had cause to complain about anyone before now, but feel this needs to be addressed. Not at all happy with this company. Many calls leaving a message for a callback, to no avail. Engineer when did arrive after having chased, advised wrong item ordered to fix, not his fault apparently. His attitude not one that I would like an employee of mine to have. Thoroughly disappointed with them, would not recommend to my worse enemy. Still trying to get sort of redress. Would give no stars if it let me.

I have sent a recording of my washing machine which is making a noise that was 5 days ago, I have tried to get through by telephone, requested a call back which didn’t happen, E-mailed again and sent an enquiry via their website. Don’t blame COVID you are pathetic and I will be taking legal advice

Scumbags. Avoid at all costs. Had an appointment. Didn’t turn up. Called dozens of times but couldn’t get though to customer services numbers. Don’t make the same mistake as we did!
