“For my Los Gatos, Ca, pickup on July 22, 2025, my 1-800-GOT-JUNK? pickup was incredible. I was able to reach a real human the day before the pick up after conveniently scheduling a pick up time quickly online. The nice person on the phone answered my few questions right away, and I felt confident with the upcoming procedure.
Today, June 22, I had a 2 hour window of time (8-10 a.m.), received a call to notify me that Gerardo and Zach were on the way to my home. They arrived on time, gave me an official quotation, listened as I reminded them that I was also requesting to have a different sofa moved into the place of the removed sofa. Before my two hour window had passed, they had removed the old sofa, moved a different sofa into the place, charged me, and left.
Zach and Gerardo were nice, friendly, and helpful.
It was an unbelievably smooth operation, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to others or to call them in the future.
