“The pricing structure is not customer friendly in my opinion. You can’t get a price or an estimate. They crew must arrive, assess what you are trying to get rid of, and then they give you a speech about how they structure the pricing tier. They talk about how much space your items are going to take up and how they price the space. They mention labor and then give you a price. I had a small full size fridge, a recliner, and a book shelf. These items were in my garage and they pulled up right outside of my garage. They loaded the items in a few minutes. They charged me $453, which I thought was ridiculous. You have the option to decline the price and it says that it is no charge to you if you elect to not use them. I don’t know how that negotiation would have went. I needed the items gone due to time crunch on getting out of my sold house, but I thought the business model outs the client in a very awkward situation. If I would have been quoted this price on online, I would have shopped around. The crew was nice and professional. Shop around, they are pricey.”

“Great guys! Hard workers. They had some difficulty getting the huge cabinet from upstairs to downstairs and had to collapse it in the final analysis. This resulted in shattered glass but they were very good with the clean up. It was a 2 hour job, and they were very nice, pleasant, and great workers. I tried to help and they wouldn't let me!”
