“My driver Kendre Oliver was courteous, professional, thorough and PROMPT. He literally showed up just minutes after he called and said he was on his way! He quickly looked over my trash heap, offeed my choice of services, then he and his partner scooped everything up and were done in under an hour. I'll call 1-800-GOT-JUNK nex time I need things hauled. (They also took my old paint cans and some cement mix)”

“I’m helping my cousin to do some renovations to his house in Tiny, Ontario. I’m in Toronto but I contacted 1-800-Got Junk at their Barrie location about 2 weeks ago to make arrangements to meet up yesterday at a specified time. Traffic behaved and I was able to get there on time. Paul called me while I was driving through Elmvale and let me know when they would be there. I showed him all the stuff I wanted removed, he gave me quote, I agreed to it. Paul and the other young man removed all the stuff so quickly and efficiently…I was amazed. “The man I spoke to on the phone from your company neglected to mention that there is a labor charge of $140 on top of the charge for taking away your items. So a dresser w/mirror, another dresser and a coffee table cost over $500 to take away and that’s after the lovely, and very polite guys reduced the labour charge. I feel the marketing was deceiving.”

“Brad and Jonathon were the first workers to show up at my residence. Jonathon gave me the quote and answered every question I asked him. Very knowledgeable. Brad was quiet, but took in every word Jonathon and myself were discussing. I wanted to speak to my wife about the quote, as well as everything else they would do. We both decided we would go with 1 800 Got Junk to dispose of my hot tub, motors, stairs and cover. I contacted 1 800 Got Junk and explained what I had decided. Booked a demolition time for my hot tub. Thursday 6 August between 8 AM-10 AM was the window to arrive. They pulled into my driveway at 8:17 AM. Steven and Brad were the workers today. They explained a few things to me and began to get to work. They were finished the hot tub approximately 9:40 AM. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction. I paid them, but noticed I was charged for three hours of work, but only took one. Steven told me that he would call his manager, and inform him of the change in times worked. Later that evening I received a phone call from Troy, their manager. I explained what I was wondering about. He said not to worry and reimbursed my credit card. That is something that a customer doesn't see much of anymore. I thanked Troy for his help, and how happy I was to receive the effort and hard work everyone was involved in. Great big shoutout to Brad, Jonathon, Steven and Troy. I will most definitely use 1 800 Got Junk again, if I collect any more Junk.
