“I had set a late day appointment due to work and I warned in my order that I had a lot of junk to be hauled off - 25ish contractor bags, furniture, and building materials from the remodel on my home. The coordinator called me early and let me know my crew would be coming later than expected and I was glad for the call. The time I expected the crew passed and I figured I would get bumped to the next day which I mentioned I was fine with. The crew wound up coming later that evening and they were worth the wait!
