“After having a day to think about it, I realize things weren't quite as they seemed. I stand by my earlier review of the two gentlemen. They were very accomodating. But the company's practices, upon reflection, strike me as being deceptive. I asked the person on the phone who scheduled the appointment for some idea of cost. I understand that's difficult, but she should have told me there is a minimum. I would not have made the appointment had I known that. And she could have provided it. The free estimate strikes me as an opportunity for the company to embark on a sales pitch. It ended ok for me, but still, I don't think the process is honest. At the time, because Alex and Joe were so accomodating, I assumed I would call you again. But I don't think I will now because it's not possible to determine if the minimum charge would be increased. In the end, I feel like I was mislead.”
