“Excellent communication and professional employees. I received a call and text the day before to confirm the time. Also received a call and text the day of to let me know they were about 30 minutes away. They even asked about special parking instructions. When they arrived they introduced themselves and even asked if they could leave the door open or if there were pets. I thought that was very considerate because many delivery or repair services just leave the door open. They were wearing polos with the company logo and were professional. They made quick work of removing the couch. This is our third time using this company and each time we’re impressed.”
