“I really cannot give a review based on being with the junk crew, as I was not present at the time of the removal. However, I did speak to one of the staff on the phone as he was handling my card info for payment. There was some sort of issue with my card. He was very patient with me, and very polite. The mistake was on my end, as I called the bank only to realize this was my mistake. My friend that met them was on his way home to get his card to pay, but he didn't need to do so, as I was able to straighten the problem out and pay. The staff waited patiently while all of this was being taken care of, so I appreciated that very much. Thanks so much!”
