“Extremely professional, quick, and thorough service! The team messaged in advance to let me know approximately when they would show up within the arrival window and then called when they were about 30 minutes out. They arrived with plenty of space and two guys ready to take anything I had. They were both professional and friendly and worked quickly. The service was great and I definitely plan to use them again.”

“Two very nice young men removed some old furniture from my apartment. Came on time and had the furniture removed quickly. Would use the service again. Bit pricey but worth it.”

“had a really great team of guys pick up a large amount of old items. they were friendly and efficient and very nice to work with. It does make a difference when the people who work with you are so pleasant. I wish them the best and will not hesitate to call 800 got junk again.”

“Jose and Renee were quite professional and did an excellent job. Thus these things are likely out of their control 1. The prices are exorbitant. Particularly where in most cases the items can b Also think tipping should remain optional rather then strongly encouraged by way if the pop up screen. I tipped in cash. Lastly u should b able to confirm whether or not an item can be donated and the customer will b provided with a receipt. Advising customer to assume you were unable to donate if they don’t hear back from you with a form is too open ended.”
