“I was surprised at how quickly they came (within 2 hours of submitting a request) and Nate R, our service person was very friendly and respectful. It made me feel better knowing they would recycle as much as possible vs getting a dumpster or calling waste management. My garage is almost clear! Will use them again.”
“This is our second time using the service and each time the crew has been very courteous and professional. Kadir and Sufi took the time to ensure they meet our needs.
I wish 1-800-got-junk’s pricing was not as expensive. We are returning customers but did not receive a promo code until the crew was long gone. The company should offer a promo code during checkout.”
“Kamil and Mike were great and very professional. Moved everything we wanted out in very quick fashion. They were polite and friendly and if you use 1-800-GOT-JUNK and get them as your team of movers you will be lucky!”
“Although I was surprised by the quoted cost at the time of the pickup, when I said I could not afford that much, I was given a chance to say how much I could afford. When I gave that figure, the driver checked with his supervisor and got it approved. I was disappointed to learn of the added fee charged for using a credit card as payment. When making reservations for pick up, should advise customers of the cost and fees.”
“This is the second time that we used them and I have been very satisfied with the service, professionalism, polite careful and caring time the customer.”
“Josh Meserve and Riley Belanger, from 800-Got-Junk, came to our house yesterday to remove two heavy woodstoves and a few lawnmowers. They were so pleasant and helpful. I definitely will use 800 Got Junk in the future. Thank you Josh and Riley.

“The piano removal crew (Brayden Flynn Hunter Beck)were terrific! On time, courteous and pleasant. They got the job done quickly and efficienly, taking care to not scrape any walls despite some sharp corners - very pleased!”
“Dakota and Adam arrived at my home to remove some junk -- they were fast, efficient and careful not to nick or scratch my walls as they removed items from the house. They were very pleasant and courteous, as were the previous team that came out in October. I would highly recommend 1-800-Junk if you need anything removed from your home. Great teams and great pricing.”
