“I was quoted a certain price when I was setting up the appointment; however, when the guys showed up at the house I was quoted a price of $160 more. The junk I was getting rid of could fit in the bed of a pickup truck. After explaining to the guys my phone conversation with the representative and the price difference I decided to go another route. The guys called their manager and gave me the original price which I took. It took them no more than 5 minutes to load their truck and they were on their way.”
