Strange such scammers still exist in a modern world and continue to cheat people after so many confirmed fraudulent cases. “Never ever buy anything from this company. Is a scam. I purchased my supplements on 1st April 2023. After waiting for 2 months. And claimed that have to cancel my order. Refund my amount into credit and wanted to lured me to purchase again. I rejected and wanted it to refund to my credit card. 7th Aug sent me an email that it was credited. I called my bank and also check my credit card E statement. It was not credited at all. Is a scam. Give me a transaction log with many number showing that they have credited but didn’t showed it was my credited card number. As they several email to proof from which bank do the refund and to which credit card and they are unable to proof. I have also called my bank to investigate this case and is working on it. I have also submitted a my complaint to Singapore CASE. For all buyers who has the same encounter. Pls inform your bank and lodge a complaint to Singapore CASE.”

Once you have paid the fun starts, they never can ship what you order and they never refund you your money. They give you an in-store credit and the same cycle starts. After 72 e-mails I have given up and written the money off.”
“They are SCAM. They will take your money, then cancel your order after a month due to "our declaration system cannot upload this product to the import/export Shipping Manifest". Then they will refuse to refund - they will credit your 1Outlet account ( that you never created ) to buy more things they cannot ship/deliver. Avoid!”

I waited a long time for delivery and none came. More than 3 months. Upon reaching customer service they responded that package could not be delivered. Mind you, that it was I that had to contact them. Otherwise the case would have been dormant for ages.
When finally 1outlets understood their own limitations they refund as instore credits. So you have to use the money on a useless site that cannot deliver to you.
Depends how widespread this is but this is borderline scam. Keep this in mind if you ever find yourself wonder whether to make a purchase for this site.
I would not recommend this site at all, no matter how apparently good the price is. There are many other sites. Spend a bit more time to find others that provide what you need. 1Outlets can not provide.

Also beware. All positive, 5 stars, reviews from the site are brief with little detail. All negative, 1 stars, are full descriptions. Sounds like they might hide negative reviews with an agency of they own creating good reviews. Do not trust this site.”
“I placed an order on 03/12/2023. After confirming my order, the delivery time has changed. So I made a request to cancel my order the same day. I asked for a refund and since (06/21/2023) nothing!!! At first they send me emails telling me that the refund times took up to 30 days and now no response from them. I am shocked at their dishonesty!!”
