“They could not deliver pet product ordered. Promised a refund, but a 5 months later, they are not responding to my emails and have not refunded my payment. Poor bad service.”
“Every time you order something there are long delays and eventually the order is cancelled due to various issues, suppliers, product, etc. You are given a store credit but every time you try to order something else the same thing happens. Ultimately you cannot order anything and your money is locked on their website. Customer service always say that they are looking into it and they will 'process' your request but you stop hearing from them after a while.”
