If i could give 0 stars i would. Literally the worst insurance company ever. Took out my insurance like a week in advance. They confirmed it but just 2-3 days before policy started they cancelled it. I gave them a call and they were interrogating me like police and trying to confuse me. I gave them all the correct details yet (Jeo - customer service guy) said he couldn't go into detail into why it was cancelled. Then it got to the point were they were frustrated me so much i was like i dont care that you’ve cancelled it, i would like a refund. And he was like yeah you will get refund but £50 would be taken from setting it up. LITERALLY THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Policy hasn’t even started yet and they have the audacity to take my money and cancel the insurance. Like I literally paid £50 for nothing. No goods or services were received, so whats give you the right to take my money.

After 2 months they requested my driving licence,no claims proof,then said I didn't give correct date I passed my test,over 40 years ago,charges me £7.77 plus £50 administration fee,keep well clear of this company totally rip of merchants, I will not be renuing my policy

Despite cancelling my car insurance, this company took the money out of my account and refused to reimburse me. Customer service was extremely unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

A kind of insurance you don't want to have: cancellation, admin fees, interest, arrangement fees. All excuses to make you pay more and provide nothing in return. I strongly don't recommend this car insurance.

The worst insurance company I've deal with.Like customer and like 3rd party no fault claim. Customer: changed my policy on my new car and they didn't transfer my NCB protection.I've called them and they said will check and update me(this was 3 months ago) 3rd party:After a non fault accident with one of there customer(hit me on the rear in traffic jam).They keeped my car 2 month and said they will not repair it and offer me half of the price for repair and £500 compensatory(I was at hospital and 6 physiotherapy sessions). WORST Company, they deserve 0*

Complete disgrace of a company, to lure people in they offer cheap quotes and increase it some months down the line not only this, they keep the auto renewal on at all times and charge extortionate fees to get out! Dont fall for the cheap quote pay more and get a reputable company - try Axa, Churchill, more than or Norwich union!

They take your money and give you the cheapest quote ever -some weeks later they increase the price and you have only 1 option but to pay as the termination fee and new price will be of a similar level. Once the contract is over leave and never look back! Lesson learnt!

made me pay for the package and then increased the price two months after and said the previous accident on my history was not settled, provided them with proof of why the claim was delayed due to the courts backlog. they just ignore and add extra get out fees!!! go to axa they are trustworthy

Took £50 deposit from my account - refused to refund it when I wanted to cancel the policy. Stay clear of this company

I wont be renewing with this company, I wouldnt mind no actual human quoted me and then we had to send in all sorts of paperwork. I did get my date of passing my test wrong, but that was over 20 years ago. so the lovely people put my insurance up £40.90 and charged me an admin fee of £50. So sorry i wouldnt use and cant wait until I can change.

Online quote didn't complete for some reason so I had to phone to get a requote... this was £300 more expensive for exactly the same details??? I said "no thank you" and found insurance considerably cheaper elsewhere. Lo and behold, a day later they activate the policy from the original online quote and take the deposit money (both of which they told me couldn't be found on the system). Now I have to go through the effort of their complaints procedures which it seems they are going to string out to their best effects. Poor show, poor communication, poor customer service. I'd put a line through them personally and look elsewhere.

Cancelled my policy out of the blue - and charged me £80! Sent me an email on Friday stating my policy had been cancelled due to lack of proof of address, stating they had been emailing me for months although I have no record of any email. When called they put me on hold for 1.5 hours all for the manager to give me less than 25 seconds of his time to say he was unable to help me. Blunt, rude and almost seemed to enjoy my displeasure. Said that there was a 48 hour window in which after that there was nothing they could do. I am sure they cancelled this on a Friday on purpose as they knew their call centres were shut over the weekend! And the final cherry on the top was they have charged me a £80 cancellation fee, for a cancellation I didn't even want! Joke of a situation really not much you can do but laugh - and never insure your car here. Customer service has a lot to be desired for.

The 1 time I needed this company after 3 years being insured with them when I locked my keys in the car with the engine running blocking an entrance they couldn’t and didn’t help. Fair enough they only pay £50 towards the locksmith but then no locksmiths in area, their solution is call one yourself. Great guys thanks for your help.

Worst company to deal with, no respect to costumer time or issues, they are rude, they try to rip your money as much as they can. My car had been involved in accident when a lady, who was driving too fast hit my car from the back and hit another 3 cars too, police was involved and police report clearly stat that it was the lady fault, however when we called the 1st central claim team to fix my car it took over than a month. then they said that the car needs to be write off even without checking the car and although it not my fault they deducted £700 as access to pay while it’s not my fault and the other person should be the one to pay, but because the other person is insured with them too they find that they are the one going to pay form my claim and other cars claims too that’s why they started to play dirty games! I am going to sue them as advised my solicitor. not recommended, very bad customer service and there is no manager or senior management to speak too. Please be careful and not to us them at all.

Horrendous "customer service" requested my no claims certificate 3x now. Once by phone. Once online and Once via their complaints department. 10 days and still not recieved and now they have stopped answering emails and the phone gets put down after being picked up. Would never ever reccomend.

weeks… Been off the road now for 2.5 weeks with no car and I'm waiting for an offer on my car that's written off. I'm be waiting and waiting!! Everytime I call the customer service team for help they say there a two to three week backlog of claims to process on there offers. I ask can you give me a better idea as I need to buy a new car and they said no they can't give me an idea of how long I will be waiting. I think this is really poor service
