“Sean Harris was very thorough and friendly and he walked us through the process. We were a little bit leery of ordering online and he said no it’s best to call so we did. We are looking forward to getting the furniture and hoping it’ll be what we have expected. We will send it back if there is any issues. Sean was very good at what he does and we appreciate his service.”

“To my delight, a Fantastic young man, Colby, quickly answered my call last night! He could not have been better in a single way. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable, with zero pressure. This young man spent as long as I needed on the call with me. I've been shopping for furniture an extremely long time, I've been in a new place with a bed and dining room set for three years, that all I had. When I called I had no intention of making a purchase, Colby was such a wealth of information I felt great about finally making a purchase. “Kobie was awesome, and I am probably letting him down if I didn't do the spelling of his name justice. I called in just to ask a question...ending up ordering 2 bedroom sets, white glove—left happy. Nice guy!”

“Furniture came unassembled. Had to hire someone to put on all of the feet. 16 in total and unfortunately the wood supporting the legs not very thick. Nothing on the website mentioned assembly needed. Unpleasant surprise and cost to get it done.”

“After placing our order, I was notified that there would be a delay in shipping. I was given the opportunity to cancel the order or wait. I appreciated their transparency and giving the option to cancel. I waited for the furniture and am very happy with the product.”
