“Worst service and quality of furniture I have ever had to deal with. Dresser came broken, they refused to replace with a new one they only offered to repair it which I am not ok with due to the fact that I paid full price for something that should've not came broken. No discount or money back offered either. They do not communicate with their delivery or repair staff at all as there was multiple confusions with when they were coming. They say one thing and the movers come another day and time. Unreal, I have never delt with such stupidity in my life. I will never give them another dollar or EVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. Now, almost 3 weeks later ..I am still waiting on them to come repair the dresser. The movers left the dresser in my living room because they said they would send a replacement which they refused then I had to wait for the movers to come back to take the dresser upstairs as I had paid for that service initially. Overall, do not buy from this horrible company unless you want to get ripped off”
