“I ordered some Ashley bar stools and they were delivered in a timely manner. One of the screws was stripped. I called and they had Ashley send me another set of hardware. I was pleased with their service and their prices!”

“Incredible from start to finish. Excellent pricing, customer service answered all my questions. Shipping took some time but everywhere does now days. The shipping was free as long as I didn’t require the delivery be carried up the stairs. They wrapped up my white couch and even put in boxes and carried them with their hands down my long driveway because they couldn’t get the truck down the driveway. They were fast, efficient, and very professional. Will definitely use 1stopbedrooms again!”

“We found our dining set on here for 1/2 of what Ashley had it for in their store. We went in and asked if they would match the pricing and said that they couldn't as 1 Stop Bedrooms sells after-market used furniture. Well, we checked reviews and searched online and never saw evidence of this and took our chances. We could not have been happier with the service we received. It shipped quickly and we even received a call the day before shipping to verify the address and credit card information which in this day and age I found very refreshing. Upon arrival, we had a piece that was damaged and I was pretty sure from the packaging at the manufacturer so I called their help line and was sent directions on what I needed to do to file a pretty easy claim. (Do not throw out any packaging by the way) and within a few hours had a response back and the piece was at my home within a week. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE!”
