“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service with a Sales Associate while purchasing my Mancin Grey reclining sofa and loveseat over the phone. Anytime I have great customer service, which is hard to come by, I like to share my positive experience. He was knowledgeable of the details of the delivery, etc. Once I decided on my selection, the purchasing process was very smooth. Great customer service truly makes all the difference in creating a positive shopping experience. I will shop with this store again.”

“Fabulous experience with 1stop, I ordered a loveseat from there website, it came just as pictured, & the dimensions where spot on. It arrived sooner than expected & the price was very reasonable and they didn't charge for shipping ( pet peeve with furniture and being charged for shipping). I will definitely use them again for my future needs!”

“I just ran across your web site yesterday! I ordered the chair I wanted today. Review of the process: contafcted listed phone number and was greeted professionally by a gentleman I believe the name was Joe. I was totally impressed as to how he guided me through this transaction and seemed like someone I woul;d want working for my company. 123 everything documented and arranged...NO STRESS! I am awaiting to see how smooth delivery goes and if it is even a quarter as nice as placing the order I am the Landlord for a Senior Independent Living High Rise in downtown Pittsburgh and we are non-profit and will be needing furniture for out lobby in the near future. We also have 14 other high rises as well. Perhaps when we are ready we can also purchase for our needs at that time. Overall....AWESOME service.....THANKS JOE! “Best furniture buying experience - hands down! I had been looking at a sectional for my new home that I'm purchasing online for awhile. I went to traditional furniture stores and the experience was either pushy or there was no one available to help. The sectional is a huge purchase for me, so I wasn't sure about purchasing something online, so I called 1stop bedrooms. The person who helped me was fantastic and quickly answered all of my questions to put my mind at ease. He even arranged it so that I can have my new sofa delivered to my new address right after I move in, rather than having to move it twice. Very helpful!”
