“I actually purchase my entire bedroom set with a different company and decided to add another night stand; at first I was doubting since I never heard from this company. But the way they handle themselves from calling and texting to confirm address before shipping out product was the most professional I have since in many years even from dealing with bigger companies. Would definitely recommend them!”

“Delivery of the bed we ordered came very quickly and my son loves it. The mattress was delayed a bit, but I called customer service and the issue was solved immediately. The agent was very professional and assured me the problem was solved. The mattress was on my porch within 2 days.”

“The use of the website is easy to navigate and read. The infographics are large enough to appreciate the detail of the item you are reviewing. Being able to track the progress of my purchase through transit with updates directly from one stop gave me peace of mind about getting the large item delivered. “This was my first time ordering a sofa online and from 1StopBedrooms so I was leary about it but all went well. My only complaint would be my online account did not update shipping so I emailed customer help and they got right on top of it and also called with delay notification. I had to staple bottom skirt in some spots where it broke loose but was no big deal. I use to work at a furniture store inspection and repair so all is good, honestly being shipped many states away I was worried there would be worse damage. I would order from 1StopBedrooms again.”
