“1stop was very helpful with my questions regarding the couch itself. We had problems with the delivery crew, but 1stop customer service are currently helping resolve those issues and have been very helpful and communicative.”

“the customer service rep was great--he was patient understanding and knowlegible about the product i ordered and suggested i change the support system that was compatible with the bed and suggested changing the type of mattress as well ,saving me the time and hassle of having to send back stuff that i has incorrectly ordered”

“1st stop bedrooms had the best price for the Burke counter stools I ordered, and customer service couldn't have been nicer about communication and shipping. I received the items well packaged and in perfect condition within days after placing my order with CS calling to confirm the shipping address and date the day prior. The stools are gorgeous, and I immediately ordered 2 more. This is my second time making a furniture purchase with 1st stop bedrooms and will definitely do it again.”
