“I wish I could give them negative stars! BEWARE they are BiG SCAM, I ordered furniture from them and the charged my card the same day I ordered NOT upon Delivery!!! They scheduled the delivery for 3 weeks out then the delivery guys come and have the most unprofessional behavior, they don’t even attempt to unpack and unload from the truck and say it’s not going to fit thru the doors. I gave them plenty of options like garage door etc but he refused to listen and stormed out with all the furniture. I paid the full amount for their “white glove” service + the furniture however did not receive any delivery. I called the customer service and over a week I have been hearing it is an expedite request, but no action. I asked to speak to a supervisor, they said oh you have to wait for 72 hours! I asked to cancel my order they threaten me with cancellation fees and penalties. This is a true example of stealing money from people! They are very fast at charging $$$ you but when it comes to provide products and services- they have nothing to offer, they STALL! There is nothing close to customer service in this company! They are taking people’s money for nothing!”

“I just ordered my furniture and have not yet received it. Placing my order was very easy and the price was much lower than the furniture store nearby. I received an email asking me to call and verify my delivery address. Charlie was very helpful on the phone. Great customer service!”

“I haven’t received the furniture yet, just ordered today. That said, Charlie was a helpful representative and gave me advice to help me save money and expectations for delivery. Pricing was competitive. Check online for coupons.”
