“The ordering process was easy and even with there being an issue with my billing information I was sent an immediate email. When I contacted the company my rep, Torneu Goodman, was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable of all of the necessary processes. The initial experience has been good. I will update my review once the delivery is made”

“Initially the ordering process was quick and easy! Then I received an email to call and update my information. During that call I was notified I didn’t select a support option for the bed which would either be slabs or bed frame. I was taken back because if you can’t use the bed without it then to me it shouldn’t let you checkout without the required selection. Anyway the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and took his time to explain and I honestly felt like he understood my frustration. He was able to give me a small discount and was very patient. This is a great example of good customer service when things don’t go as expected.”

“All my needs were met. I would actually rate service at a 4.75. The 0.25 deduction was due to the exceptionally long wait to talk with a service representative. Otherwise, I do plan to make other purchases and was pleased overall with customer service.”
