“Website said the items would ship by 7-29-23. Now they’re saying shipping before 8-10-23. I wish I would have known that up front. Didn’t think it would have to take over four weeks for delivery.”

“The gentleman whom I spoke to in the billing department so so very kind. He helped me get a better price on my added on throw pillows, and explained everything in kind detail. I truly think he should get appplauded. His customer service was phenomenal. As someone who works in customer service daily, I know not everyone has the best days or is kind to others and I truly hope this gentleman gets the recognition he deserves. He was great!”
