“Extremely helpful. Very pleasant to speak with. Helpful without being pushy. I shopped for 2 days at local furniture stores after getting quotes that had so many unexplained fees added I decided to shop on line myself and saved over 2k for the exact products. Once I finished my order I received a message to contact customer service about a billing /address issue. So happy I did I had several things explained to me and changed my order a bit and finished my process to be extremely satisfied. Now just hanging by the lake waiting for delivery. Wish I had done this 3 weeks ago. Lisa Ga”

“Always buy from 1stopbedrooms, they have the best prices for the same products they sell at Ashley Furniture. The delivery is always easy to follow, unlike with Ashley Furniture. I have vowed to never buy directly from Ashley again, due to billing issues (overcharged), as well as delivery issues. So 1StopBedrooms is my go-to when purchasing furniture for my home. They are great to work with, with great prices.”

“Website easy to navigate, shipping fast & free and when they called to confirm our shipping for the Fed Ex delivery the customer service agent that spoke w us was AWESOME!! Explained a couple additional options that I included in my order and walked me through the 5yr unlimited warranty plan that we orig requested w our online order. ....AND the prices came to $1,253 cheaper than the exact make/model of a pending order I was getting ready to sign at the furniture store we had just visited earlier same day (plus I added 2 end tables, which is included in the $1,253 savings). I am THRILLED to find 1stop bedrooms online site & telling everyone I know about this website 😉😁”
