“I had a delay in receiving a few of my items but I received great customer care in communicating the delay. Friendly and helpful staff. The items I did receive were in great condition and exactly how it was described. The prices were amazing in comparison to other online businesses I look into for the same items. “I ordered a Hooker armoire. Even though their website isn't great for details regarding the progress your order is making, their customer service via phone and fb messenger is outstanding. Each time I called the answered quickly and followed up with emails. My item arrived in great shape with one imperfection from Hooker Furniture. The immediately took steps to rectify the issue (impressed with how fast they are on this). I saved significant money off retail with this purchase. I would order from them again.”
