“I was contacted after I placed my order for verification since the billing and delivery addresses were different. I appreciate the added security! The customer service was excellent. My calls were routed quickly and to the correct area and both agents I spoke with were friendly and knowledgeable. I haven’t received my items yet but so far it’s been a great experience ordering from here.”

“I placed an order for the Ashley Next Gen Gaucho sectional. My order was incorrect so I called into the customer service department and they quickly fixed my order and also gave me info on an Ashley specific warranty available to me. Very happy with the service I’ve received so far!”
