“I certainly had lots of offers from several suppliers. My main concern was that I was bombarded with pre-recorded messages that were both too quick and difficult to understand. I was however contacted by two 'humans' both of whom were very helpful.. Didn't like the automations so ... Thank you to the humans :-)”

“Your reply was very quick, delivery was about 24hrs from my phone call, and the item was well packaged. My only reservation from giving you a 'very good' is that I have delivered the door to the body shop without unwrapping it, so cannot comment (good or bad) on the condition of the item. “Very prompt replies to spares request, wide range of prices from suppliers for part required, settled on one, delivery promised within a couple of days. Have used service in past and have only had one incident when wrong part was supplied, this was returned and money was refunded although not postage.”

“Dear sir I am very happy with the service and the speed answer you have given me ! I will tell all my friends about how good you are ! A few years a go I have contacted you for some spare part for morocco ,it has taken me ages to receive a feed back from you and it was very difficult to get someone to answer the phone !very bad experience .
