“Great service. Not so good when you get put through to a call centre and get someone who has no idea about car parts, but great when you get through to an actual breaker that has good knowledge in car parts. All in all a very handy service.”

“The process was very good and the time to respond by the dealers was also good. What was disappointing was that the prices for a used item was less than 10% less than the price I could get the item new, complete with fixing screw and tool case. Purchased the new item.”

“Good idea. the site works well, my only concern is the payment methods, some didn't do paypal through the website instead i had to get there address to make payment etc. part was deliver, a little rust on the item but not to bad. cheers”

“I was a bit edgy about giving all my contact details when I completed the on-line form, but within an hour of my query, I had a range of quotes which helped me to budget for the cost of replacing an engine. I'll leave it to the garage to choose where they buy from, but I'm happy with the speed and efficiency of the 247 service”
