“The service is excellent, immediate and intense. However, after about 40 emails a few texts and 23 phone calls it was just a bit overwhelming. Especially as I was researching to find out approximately how much it would cost me IF the problem was an alternator. Also I had thought the site said that by clicking that button it would mean I would not be phoned by sales people. 23 phone calls in a two hour period is ridiculous; an email would suffice. There needs to be an opt out of phone contact that the breakers yards can see button”

“Received quotes back very quickly, contacted supplier and very efficient. Checked all details again and advised delivery date. item arrived next day which was faster than suggested which was good.Part now fitted and functional.”

“As it turned out I did not make a purchase on this occasion (though I have bought from you before.) There were three different types of headlight and I did not know which one I needed so I had to leave it to my garage to sort out and they were able to repair what I already had. I was phoned by several firms which was a bit of a surprise. It has all happened by email before. They were all helpful apart from one person from Jap parts (who I have also bought from before) who not only quoted me four times the price that anyone else quoted but then proceeded to run down all the other firms who had phoned saying they do not know what they are talking about and they only want my credit card details. I was not likely to buy from him!”

“only just ordered my parts so not yet received however I did receive a good variety and price range from suppliers, only disappointment so for is that the number that is supplied I believe is a premium number and when you ring that number the recorded message goes on and on before you get through to speak to someone about the parts you are seeking.”

“your choice of spares was very good The confusing bit was that I didn't realise tha different suppliers had access to my request and so I accepted the 1st quote I got thinking that was the only one available I was inundated with phone calls thro out the day Some much cheaper than the one I accepted Still as they say you live n learn!!”

“overall it seems quick and efficient, however as Im looking for a bumper in a certain colour its very frustrating that you cant specify a colour so I am receiving lots of parts available only to find out theyre in the wrong colour! Plus it would be good to have a fcaility to choose method of contact as Im getting lots of phone calls to my work number rather than emails only”
