“The response was very quick/efficient, and the chap I spoke to who had the spare was helpful, but unfortunately the wing mirror was not the right one for my car.”

“Asked on-line for quote on a wing mirror for Vauxhall Corsa. Within minutes I had received three and after about an hour, a total of 5 quotes from various potential suppliers. Used the phone number contact shown and selected the one I though best. Received it within the time frame quoted. My only gripe is that the price quoted showed base price, delivery + Vat, but what wasn't mentioned was an "on-line admin fee" of £1.50 that was added at the end of the on-line transaction!”

“I just needed to find out the price. I later found a new one for the same price as the lowest you offered for a second hand one. I didn't give my real phone number as I didn't want it ring ing a lot - or risk it getting into the wrong hands. Thank you.”

“Your system is quite good the replies are quick and well presented the only fault is that most of the quotes returned include VAT on old and second-hand goods and you really can't tell what condition they are in Where I live if you go to any car breakers yards their is no VAT added to parts supplied. So it looks like the prices quoted are not viable when the VAT is added Thanks again for all your help. Yours Derek Russell.”

“Yes a very good service, they new exactly what I was looking for, boot struts, they called them. I thought it sounded like a Scottish country dance. Wonderful service they arrived the next day by courier. Job done.”
