“Good service online, they get back quickly if your part is available. However, as I wanted my mechanic to speak with them regarding the part I lost out on the first one as it was sold but only had to wait a short time until the next one came in. So if your sure buy it while its there or you may miss out. The only other comment was that I had entered three times and for the same part but all different prices came back I thought it would be all the same price.”

“Im not in the trade so found it a little daunting at first All these people calling me. Will use again. Got the part I needed within an hour of logging my request. The website could do with putting some of the detail that's in the email on the site as you log a request. I didn't read it until after I'd taken five calls. One dealer used an automated calling system. Hated that. Overall a great system once you understand it.”

“The system works very well and following my request I had at least half a dozen responses very quickly with great prices. Only problem was my vehicle's Alternator had 3 choices so in the end I had to buy locally so I could check the Terminal layout before buying. Good service, though and I would try again.”

“My first encounter with this site was very good as the guy I spoke to was very helpful and delivery was very fast. Unfortunately my parcel arrived damaged so had to be sent back. I then telephoned to reorder the part and found the other people I spoke to a little abrupt. I appreciate that they are very busy but feel that they could have been a little more patient with me. However this would not put me off using this service again.”
