Ordered my clothes nearly a month ago and have not yet even received an email to inform me that they have been shipped. Brutal service, highly doubt I’ll ever shop here again.

The reason why it’s only 1 star is due to the customer service experience I faced. I contacted the 304 Instagram account and unfortunately the were not helpful. They just tell me to send an email and wait 48 to get a response!

Definitely not the colour of the hoody that is advertised, show the hoody being light blue when I got it ( to give as a birthday present) the blue was very dark and dull.

I ordered on the 4th of October and am still yet to receive it. I then contacted the store via the online chat and it took them several days to reply to me. When they did reply to me they told me that they would check to see where my order was but didn’t reply. I then had to contact them again to see where my order was. I will definitely it be purchasing anything else from this store and will not be recommending it to anyone either

absolutely terrible service. waited 2 weeks for a reply and was told lost in dispatch. they were never sent. full refund received but very disappointed. would never recommend.
