On the website the clothes look really good, but when I received it I was very dissapointed. there is no nice shape in the clothes and the corpse made of cheap material. in addition, sending took no less than 30 days.

Ordered something on 12/6/2020 and haven't received anything yet on 12/29/2020. Emailed customer service and only received an email after three days with the post link, which I already had. Emailed again if they, as the sender, would like to instruct the postal company to see where the package is but no answer. Chat function on the site does not get an answer at all and DM on instagram I got an answer if I only wanted to contact me once?!? Overall unbelievably bad service and I will never order or recommend anything from here again.

I am really disappointed. I loved the items that I saw on the website, however when they arrived they were much smaller and I had to return them, instead of requesting a refund, I decided to give another chance and change the items, however for the return shipment I had to pay 25 € as the barcode did not work for the return shipment and they never responded to my messages. Today finally after 3 weeks, the order arrived with the new items and I am even more disappointed, the quality of the items is very poor and 2/3 items have cracks or are damaged.

Ordered my item over a month ago and still has not arrived. Would not recommend buying of this site. I emailed customer service a number of times and still wont give me a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as this seems to be a common problem with this company.
