“I have been going to watercolor since 2011 and I honestly feel like the quality and experience has been declining over the past two years. This year was our first year as 360 blue guests and I was not impressed. We had multiple key issues for our building and the pool and was sent to the bike barn where they had none and the next day when they located one it didn't work either. Our room was mildewed, there were no sheets for the trundle or pull out sofa and no one was available when we arrived Saturday evening to deliver the bedding. The on call person was working and responded but was at a residence in Panama City beach. I have loved watercolor but I am afraid we may be looking elsewhere for future beach vacations.”
“Same day support from 360 Blue is non-existant. They overcharged my card by $5000. Yes you read $5K. I didn't catch it myself until I looked at my statement 4-5 days later. They did NOTHING to make up for it. They are the worst management company. I tried to get things fixed at the condo for 3 days while we were there and ZERO support.”
