“This home is absolutely gorgeous! The decor, the layout, the pool, and the location can't be beat! You will have a destination in itself here! The outside kitchen was awesome and the pool beautiful. The cleaning of the home could have been somewhat better. Pool area had some trash around the area that should've been cleaned. Under the beds there was a need to be cleaned better. I'm sure on turnover days a home the size is very hard to get cleaned like it should be. By all means, I'd rent this home in a heartbeat. This is a beautiful home and a great vacation to form some great memories with a large family or group! We had a wonderful vacation and this home was part of some great memories!”
“Rented two condos side by side in Villa Coyaba in Destin, FL. They were both very nice and well-appointed. The kitchens had every utensil you could need which helped when we cooked in. They supplied us a nice bag of coffee too. The pool was large for this area which my kids enjoyed. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Only three negative comments: (1) I paid for bike rentals, but then when I looked back at rental agreement, we were supposed to get free bike rentals. Read your contract closely. (2) The Wi-fi and Phone service within the unit is not great. I think it is because of the thick heavy walls. Not a major problem but dropped calls sometimes when sitting out on balcony. (3) Getting out to the beach and pool requires two passcode protected gates and bit of up and down stairs. Not easy on my elderly in-laws. Wouldn't be easy on anyone with limited mobility. Overall it was a good experience and would rent again as their staff is very friendly and helpful.”

They answered many of my questions before I booked with them, and after I arrived at my destination, they were quick to answer the phone and helpful when I needed to call with a couple of situations. I love the fact that they clean the comforters each time a guest leaves and we LOVE the unlimited bike use. This is our second year using Blue 360, and I want to use them every time.”

“WiFi does not work all the time. Son-in-law had to sit in Publix parking lot to do his job for two days. When I complained they offered and gave a 10% discount on rental but not 360 services. So basically $210. Very inequitable for the aggravation. Nice house, could be cleaner., especially behind furniture.”
“Terrible customer service. Never returned phone calls. House was dirty and disgusting upon check in and did bare minimum to remedy it. Unreasonable with requests we made. Zero communication of changes they made within the resort such as amenities- why no camp? Why no access to adult pool? Why in the world did Fish Out Of Water completely change? Too much to write. Have rented in watercolor for 10 years and will not go back if 360 Blue in charge.”
“House was good. Needing a little work. Some things were broke, or rough around the edges it seemed, for it to be so pricy. And to have so many stories, and the owners asking us to not use the elevator was a bit of a joke. Overall nice place, and beautiful views.”
