“Beach umbrella situation gets out of hand. Had to get to beach by 5:15 am to get a good spot before the umbrella company takes entire beach. Everything else was outstanding”
“Collaboration between 360 Blue and Watercolor leaves a little to be desired. Access to pool, gym, etc not as smooth as in the past. Resort overall was not very welcoming. Improved communication could possibly help”
“Everything went well with the transaction until we had a family emergency. I spoke with someone in the office about the possibility of changing dates. The person never got back with me. I understand that it would have taken a bit more effort to accommodate my needs, but that is what customer service is about. I didn't want a refund. Either way, I took the risk by not buying trip insurance.”

“When we arrived at the home we rented for a week, it was disgustingly DIRTY!!!! We called 360 Blue and they were not willing to do anything the first call we made. The manager said she would come take a look at the house after 8 o'clock and the entire week we were there she NEVER showed up!! And we requested she come multiple times!! After MANY calls, MANY complaints they sent the cleaning crew back out that night to clean in which the cleaning crew could not even believe how dirty the furniture was!! They even told 360Blue they need to move us. They offered to refund us one night stay if we stayed at that property and they would send an upholstery cleaner out, in which they did and the upholstery cleaner couldn't even believe the the way the furniture looked. He said I did the best I could, they didn't give me much to work with, it was that bad!! I had contacted 360Blue to discuss the refund because they only refunded ALL our money back they said they would. They NEVER contacted me back and nor did we receive back the rest of our money . For as many home as 360Blue manages we could NOT believe how we were treated and how they handled things. We were not pleased with the way we were treated.”
“beautiful place and easy to contact management with a few property problems. Enjoyed some of the perks such as a beach bonfire. Though the property was BEAUTIFUL, some of the pics were a little misleading such as pool size but it was acceptable. Overall a great interaction with the management.”
“I would rate 360 Blue between 2 and 3 stars. I'm going with the 2 stars because we had more issues than we did not and I do not think they handled them as well as they should have. This company is the power company on 30A. They could be great if they implemented well but they did not handle our issues over the busy summer as well as they should have for a family spending $6K on a condo for a week. We had a filthy condo and they called someone in to come over but we had to use the condo for 2 days while disgusting. We had no working gas on the stove for three days and I was told, "it's just a stove, not a huge deal".”
