“We got discounted tickets and skipped the lines because we were prepaid!!”

“Purchasing the tickets was great but when we went to the venue we still needed to queue twice, once to validate our pre-purchased tickets for venue tickets and then again to enter the venue. This was most unnecessary and annoying as it delayed us over 30 minutes. We believed by pre-purchasing we would make entry efficient as with a one year old waiting in queues is difficult and worse on a very hot Sydney day. I would think twice before purchasing through your organisation again.”

“Didn't send tickets immediately as promised. Don't use. Caused no end of hassle as couldn't print next day before leaving for Disney land. Rubbish service. Won't use again.”

Dear Jonathan, Disneyland tickets require a voucher to be generated by the supplier which is stated on the product page. When a voucher is generated manually this can take up to 24hrs depending on office opening hours. Your ticket was sent to you within this time frame. We apologise if this caused any inconvenience. “Good service! I enjoy discounts from 365 Tickets. Also electronic ticket is good thing. It's take 5 min. You shouldn't stay in long queue (Sea life Melbourne) for buy paper tickets. I bought two tickets to Melbourne Zoo and See life with 34% discount. I bought tickets for me and my child. Next day I bought tickets for my husband to See life with 20% discount. And you can choose tickets on convinient dates (inc.weekends). Website 365 Ticketsis is convinient. I found information easy. I save my money.”

“Great prices and prompt delivery of tickets via email. I had received a promo code after my first purchase for an additional 5%. I called customer service to see if they'd honor the discount and although it was technically supposed to be on my next purchase, Dawn in customer service worked with her manager to honor it. Thank you!”

“ho comprato i biglietti per Disneyland Parigi. La conferma dell'acquisto è arrivata dopo una mezzora e i biglietti dopo qualche ora! Anche se dice di stamparli funzionano anche in formato digitale dal cellulare. In base al periodo ho trovato sconti consistenti pagando davvero molto meno ( credo intorno al 40% in meno in bassa stagione e 30% in meno in altissima). PERO' si possono acquistare biglietti solo e almeno 36/48 ore prima”

“Got tickets for Disneyland Paris two days before arriving to Paris and I save about 25€ for each ticket. Had no problem with the tickets at Disneyland they work fine. Very good service I will used again”
