We are camping away i'm just got some tickets for Warwick castle now told that have to print them off and have nowhere to do that. So not happy as any said after paid

Communications re the tickets after purchase is not clear at all - when will I get the vouchers etc not clear at all. I bought your service via easyfundraising but no contribution from 365 tickets showed up so that I have to escalate to easyfundraising

i cannot find my email and fly to aris tomorrow, no one is online and i have just finished a 13 hour shift and the telephone line is closed.!!!!

Ref no. UK 919666 You didn't send a confirmation email so we had to phone you from Tower bridge then you sent an email which said we had tickets for The Tower on Sept 5 2015 Luckily the lady at Tower Bridge let us through

had to email mail tickets and take a print out ...which in time not acceptable....mobile scanning not allowed due third party tickets....plz have better tie up

I messaged incessantly about limited time to print passes for a weekend trip to Liverpool.I had to leave for work on Friday 13th and was heading to Liverpool straight after. I wanted the passes immediately on Thursday night after booking. I waited up till 2.30am .I got up after 2 hours sleep and had another unsuccessful hour trying to make it happen. I had to go without them and then had to find an internet cafe on my break which wasted too much of my precious time. If a booking can be processed payment-wise in a few seconds then why not all of it?

"Bought tickets that you had to print off which in this day and age is ridiculous. Massive hassle to find a printer. Should give better warning before buying."

Next to nothing open. Passes sold for particular day were not valid as the offer on 365 was only available during Melbourne school holidays however it was not advertised as that and online purchase for the specific day did not state any of that. Total waste of money due to 365 tickets wrong advertising

The actual tour was very good but too many people were crushed in and for us oldies we could not compete with the jockeying and pushing for decent views missing a lot of what went on. Jack Crawford

Never got my tickets.Spoke to what I thought was your helpline and was told to just collect them at the gate to thorpe park, then this was not accepted so had to buy tickets again at a much higber price.Found out that tickets went to spam folder although I had emails from you in inbox.

The confirmation of booking only came through at 9am for a departure of 9:30am (Ie I needed to be there at that time, luckily i had already googled the tours pick up and met the driver who thankfully had me listed and accepted me on board without a printed voucher). The tour was excellent as always with timberbush, but I will definitely book directly with a company in future.

I had a copy of my ticket, however it only worked for the transfer to Blue Lagoon. It did not work at Blue Lagoon and I was required to pay again.

I had to wait for them to 'approave' the transaction, as they manually contact the supplier. They failed to mention that.

No where on the website did it tell you that you actually were not buying a ticket , but a voucher ! When we arrived at our chosen venue , Hampton Court Palace , we were turned away from the entrance , along with other 365 customers , and told to go to the ticket office to purchase our tickets . We had bought our 'tickets' on line to make it easier for ourselves as my husband does not have great mobility . Thankfully the staff were very good and found him a seat while I made my way back to the ticket office and queued for our tickets . Pointless buying them before hand really !! Won't make that mistake again .

I ordered tickets to Siam Park on the night before. Bank security check confirmed but the release of the tickets was delayed for a further security check. I was inconvenienced in sending mails and making calls to ensure that the security check was undertaken in time to print at hotel before leaving for the park opening. This with 10 minutes to spare. The additional security check came after the bank transaction was confirmed. There needs to be a cancel button to free the customer to take an alternative. Details of office opening times do not match reality. Calling at 8am got me a message to call back at 9:30. I can't see the online chat or the 0800 number either. The voicemail is out of date? I was attracted by "100% secure website...fast and easy booking". With 3m plus ticket sales it's time to go 365/24 instead of 365/office hours only...
