The price is better than other sites. But waiting for the tickets doesnot seem ok. If they manage to send an email with tickets sooner it would be better.

Purchasing the tickets was great but when we went to the venue we still needed to queue twice, once to validate our pre-purchased tickets for venue tickets and then again to enter the venue. This was most unnecessary and annoying as it delayed us over 30 minutes. We believed by pre-purchasing we would make entry efficient as with a one year old waiting in queues is difficult and worse on a very hot Sydney day. I would think twice before purchasing through your organisation again.

Easy to book. Only suggestion I would like to make for all tickets to be only electronic as not any people are able to print if buying lady minute

Hi Zuzana, Thank you for your feedback. This is something we are working on with attractions currently. A lot of the attractions we work with are not set up or have the technology to accept mobile ticketing which means we are not able to offer this with some attractions. We are seeing a big change and should hope to have most of the major attractions accepting a mobile ticket in the future. Kind regards, 365Tickets

Great value and easy booking but very backward with having to provide a paper receipt rather than a mobile receipt. Made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be as couldn’t print the pdf.

The exhibit of Diana's gowns was exceptional. The rest of the tour of Kensington Palace was not very interesting.

I bought 2 X Adult 2 for 1 River Roamer passes for visiting family and myself, printed and downloaded the vouchers as instructed on your website, arrived at Westminster pier and walked down towards the pier boarding point only to be told by a Thames Clipper representative at the embarking point, I needed to go back to the Thames Clipper Booth ticket office as my 365 printed vouchers were not recognised by him and required me to walk back to Thames Clipper ticket office to present my 365 vouchers. When I arrived at the Thames Clipper booth ticket office I had to explain and convince the two ticket office operatives that the 365 vouchers in my possession were legitimate vouchers to exchange for Thames Clipper tickets. It goes without saying the whole experience was unnerving and an inconvenience. My question to you is why were the two Thames Clipper ticket operatives unsure of the legitimacy of your voucher? What can be done to address the inconvenience I experienced after purchasing 365 vouchers?

Mdm Tussaud tickets great price. But it gave the impression we had some form of priority entrance which isn't true we had to wait in the longest queue to get the tickets

I chose the Englsh page/version because it had more events to choose from (over the German page). Unfortunatelly the page is not to transparent. It took a long time until i found the right combination of attraction i was looking for.

Tickets only available online during office hours which was inconvenient as I ordered them night before but didn't come through until next morning after office open and I had left by then so had to get them printed at hotel.

Easy enough to buy - but when i took the tickets to Siam Park, they wouldn't scan for some reason - the ladies let us through anyway

Bit of a shutter about trying to actually get into the theme parks thankfully I had access to my emails on my fone and the lass on the visitor center desk was able to get it all sorted

Discount on the attraction price, however the tickets should have given us a free book for the children but we have no idea how to claim this. We have e mailed, but 48 hours later, have still not received a reply.

I was able to save a few £ on my purchase compared with prices on the door. But it was frustrating having to wait almost an hour in queues to actually exchange our vouchers for tickets. We were asked to wait in the same queue as those that were buying tickets at the attractions, and than we had to wait again in humongous queues to get into the attractions (London Eye & Sea Life). Because this took 5 hours in total, we missed Tower Bridge which was mean to be our last attraction for the day as they close at 17:00 and we got there at 17:10.. so I recommend you give yourself plenty of time, especially if you are planning to visit more than one attraction and there is some travelling to do.
