Tickets were priced at £19 each on the web site, yet I was charged £21. After submitting a Poor review I was subsequently told that tickets prices were higher at the weekends but there was nothing on the website when I bought the tickets to state this, so Average is the best I can do.

It was slightly cheaper What made me UNHAPPY was I paid £1.50 to be sent the tickets instead of printing off a voucher and having to collect the tickets - only to be sent a voucher, and I have to queue to collect the tickets. Not good, I won't be using again

Processing of transactions were quick and easy if you are able to print from home as some places do not accept tickets on your mobile phone. Also beware if purchasing in Australia as the transaction is considered an international one and additional charges may apply with your bank which reduces the discount offered. Otherwise convenient and can reduce line waiting time at venue.

Purchasing the tickets went very smoothly and entering the attraction without a hitch. It was a tremendous hassle to get them printed nowhere in London seems to print using Wi-Fi. As a visitor from overseas we didn't have a printer and all ordering is via the phone. It cost a considerable amount to buy ink for our b&b house. Not sure why out had to be that way previous fares and attractions we have pre booked have only required our phone and reference number for entry.

We booked the ticket on the move, but realised that print copy was needed. In this modern technology, we had it on mobile but it was valid. My only request is that if you can show the proof on the mobile, people must be let in. Thanks

I was disappointed not to be able to speak with someone when I telephoned and then when I left a message no one got back to me within what I thought an acceptable time. When I did manage to speak with someone it still required two telephone calls before I received my voucher.

Not sure...it has been over 8 days and I'm still yet to receive my tickets or a confirmation email? Booking was quick and easy, and I think I got a good price...but, would be good to have the tickets soon after confirming and paying...

Purchasing my Disneyland tickets were quick and easy BUT the websit did not make it clear that their were 12 rides within the 2 parks closed due to refurbishment. I went to complain and was told that my seller should off inform me about this information. Had I off purchased my tickets through Disneyland I would of revived food vouches. The websit also does not make it clear about your fast pass ticket which you feel are guaranteed when buying your ticket, which this is not the case as everybody is entitled to a free fast pass but in order to receive this you have to queuing at a certain point in the park but there are only a certain amount fast passes available.

Took a few time to get payment proceed, and took ages to download the PDF tickets. It was raise concern when it took quite a long time to proceed payment.

I find it a bit bizarre that a company would ask writing for feedback when they have yet to send me email confirmation for the tickets I have purchased.
