Took at least three attempts to access tickets and pay for them, site kept on sticking!!

I accidentally selected credit card as payment, when I actually wanted to use paypal, it would not let me change it, I had to start the whole process again, most annoying.

Charged me 1.50 for a fax that costs nothing to receive my ticket. Also I find out after booking that as we are going to London on a virgin train , I could have got buy one get one free...No one told us that prior to booking.

Bought a package 'Madame Tussauds and London Eye'. Very easy to use website. Priority queue for Madame Tussauds which was good but told only a 30 min wait for London Eye as booked 3pm ride. Had to wait nearly 2 hours so not good with 2 small children.

Good rates for activities but a mistake on the website, left us with a child ticket only for London Eye instead of a child and senior ticket. London Eye does not accept children alone and if we had not checked the ticket before-hand, we would have ended up paying full price at London Eye if the date and time were even available! Otherwise, we would just have lost the price of the ticket which we bought as a combo unless 365 would refund us the money. Point is - Not very reliable, so check your purchase (status/number) of tickets before going to your chosen attraction!

I've not yet used the tickets that I booked through 365 but assumed they would save me queuing. However, on reading the print out it seems that I still have to queue to receive the actual tickets. The plus side is that through 365 they were cheaper.

Disappointed that the website didn't take my order and I had to ring the premium rate telephone line to make the purchase.

Shame that it's not a pure online service and that you need to print out the tickets. To add to that, when you have printed them out you still have to go to the ticket office and wait in the queue for a replacement ticket to use the attraction...

Not everyone has a printer & as you only give 2 options 1. Print 2. Post tickets It makes it impossible for people to obtain tickets for the next day. Voucher/ticket could be sent by text as many other companies do this & as one has to exchange the voucher for a ticket at the London Eye office on site why do you not operate this system? Why do you ask for a time slot as it doesn't matter they say at the venue? Otherwise all ok.

The only point in purchasing an online ticket was to avoid the ques at the venue. But we still had to join the box office que to get it scanned as it was not a ticket just a voucher !! & we could have saved ourselves the booking fee & paid at the door.

Booking on line is difficult. If you hadn't replied with a telephone number, I would have been unable to book the tour

e-ticket very confusing. One part said was a ticket and lower section implied you had to exchange voucher for tickets. Cost of ringing 365 expensive, so rang eden project direct to check.
