didn't receive confirmation email or tickets when purchased. I had to follow up with an email then I got the tickets. no explanation as to why the confirmation email wasn't sent

Customer Instructions included one (the first) to exchange tickets for this voucher at the Group Ticket Desk in the Ticket office - here was no such desk according to our venue, leading to a long and irritated altercation because there was a long queue we might have had to join; finally the venue relented and gave us our tickets, but it was not a pleasant experience,

I did not print out the tickets, thinking they would be e-mailed to me. They were not e-mailed. I then had to contact customer services (who were very good) to ask for further help.

I had a very high opinion of you and frequently recommended you. I would have rated you Very Good, or higher. However, I have a very much lower opinion of you now that you are charging customers to make a booking. I have moved you from my highly regarded category and ,sadly, put you into Rip-off Britain. When I go to a shop I am not charged for the use of the till. When you go to a shop you are not charged for the use the till, so why charge us for paying? Peter Allen peter.allen6@virgin.net

Website refused to take my selection into the shopping cart so I had to call. They took my order over the phone but took more than 24 hours to send me an email with the tickets.

I purchased tickets for O2 and made payment, no problem. However instructions to download actual tickets to print off was not straightforward. Did succeed eventually.

Hard to get from basket to payment- not clear where to click next- my order was entered Twice a couple of times as a result However good prices and much better than queuing at the venu to buy tickets at the desk

Got to the zoo no one recognise the the ticket and question whether the tickets were good but eventually let us in

I was interested in tickets ONLY... not all the tours attached. It was difficult to find the "tickets only" among all the tours. You might make that a little easier. We are visiting friends near Windsor and did not need all the other tours. Thank you for asking.

Although the tickets were quoted as being heavily discounted compared to the gate price (Hampton court palace) the added costs as I proceeded with my purchase made the reduction only slightly less than the walk in gate price .... annoyingly deceptive.

Generally easy to order tickets from 365 tickets, however when ordering tickets it clearly stated that you would wait no longer than 45 minutes and would be allocated to the next time slot. This isn't the case we arrived at 11am to then be told that the wait would be 4hrs and attend show at 3pm. Had we have known this prior to buying tickets from 365, we would have paid the extra £20 from official shriek adventure website. Conclusion very clever marketing from 365 tickets

Quick processing but disappointed with the price...not much of a discount really plus when you put the date of your visit, price changes.

Great site for finding events and good prices, but need to work closer with the event holders to avoid embarrassment, disappointment and inconvenience. Attended Ripley's Believe It or Not at Piccadilly and despite ringing and checking twice that a downloaded ticket on mobile was acceptable, when arriving Ripley's staff denied us entry and it was only after much discussion and persuasion that we were allowed entry and this was in front of a queue full of people!!

Good price. However very confusing experience, when purchasing tickets the website said could use mobile phone to get access to attraction.. However once tickets purchased the tickets stated they had to be printed and could not be used via mobile phone. Since I don't own a printer this was a problem. I contacted customer services and received a prompt response to say the statement on the tickets was generic and did not refer to the attraction (Ripley's, London) I was visiting and mobile phone access was allowed.. Confused or what!!

good clear ads but would benefit by not bombarding people with constant emails,not enough clarity on discounts.

Bad point - we got a transient error when trying to pay with a credit card, no further instructions presented. Plus point - I needed to change the name on the ticket as bought for a friend and that was sorted over phone, really quickly, could not have been easier/faster, 5 star.
