What did not make me happy was that when we checked in at Kensington Palace we were delayed for an unacceptable length of time to turn our vouchers into entry tickets. They appeared not to have been expecting anybody!!

The driver couldn’t let me get in the bus ,he couldn’t accept my e-ticket . I list 2hrs to get this sorted out . Very disappointing

I could not open the actual ticket voucher on my laptop. Fortunately the hotel concierge could and was able to print it.

Waited too long for Disney tickets to be verified. Should be emailed quicker than 2 days when paid online with a credit card........will have to think again before I use you again.

THE TICKET WAS ABIT CHIPPER THEN IN THE OFFICIAL SITE. BUT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I COULD CHOSE THE HOURE AND NOT HAVE TO CALL THEM ON THE PHONE.

Good prices to attractions, but there were some mistakes, I hope, because the price increased after adding to the basket, so watch carefully.

order tickets online didn't save us time on lines, as we expected. we had to wait on lines to get the real tickets.

A small discount on the direct price. An extra charge added at the end was a total surprise and I had to chase the confirmation. Overall, not a great experience!

Everything worked out fine and we had a grat visit in Tower of London. It's a weakness though, that you must have a print out copy of your ticket and not just one on your device.

Not sure in this day and age why you still need a paper copy to get into an attraction when many others an e-ticket will do

You can buy in advance and have a discount, still for hampton court you have to change your reservation with the ticket and this is unacceptable because you have to do the queue
