“What did not make me happy was that when we checked in at Kensington Palace we were delayed for an unacceptable length of time to turn our vouchers into entry tickets. They appeared not to have been expecting anybody!!”

“The driver couldn’t let me get in the bus ,he couldn’t accept my e-ticket . I list 2hrs to get this sorted out . Very disappointing”

“Everything worked out fine and we had a grat visit in Tower of London. It's a weakness though, that you must have a print out copy of your ticket and not just one on your device.”
