Good deal at first then I had email offering bigger discount but it was to late. Early bird definitely didn't get the worm this time

I was able to buy and use the ticket, but it could not be forwarded, which made printing a challenge.

not less expensive, had to queue to print access ticket, useless service but we got on the attractions and had a good time.

The price is great, but it took too long to reply online booking. It take almost 1 day, it make me feel worried considering our booking was paid already.

Good value discount tickets, but they add on extra charges at the very end - which I consider dishonest

Tickets voucher was quickly emailed however more expensive than buying on door. Additionally, was not entitled to free magazine with 365 ticket. Had I purchased on door i would have been eligible

Dear Lee, Thank you for your review. The offer you purchased was 50% off the gate price at the Ideal Home Show Scotland. Our ticket prices were £6.50 and the gate price at the event, which you can check directly with the Ideal Home Show, was £12.50. These rates were given to us by the attraction themselves and we do not mention any inclusion of a magazine with our tickets. Bit annoyed to know that tickets will be issued I time of my visit when I already paid in advance

The (self-guided Bombay Sapphire) experience was excellent. The requirement physically to print the voucher is archaic - if we can board flights with vouchers on our phone, we should be able to check in for an experience without paper.

Hi Clive, Thanks for the review, we're glad you had a great time at Bombay Sapphire. Mobile ticketing is something that needs to be set up by the supplier directly. We offer this for a selection of attractions on our site, however, attractions such as Bombay Sapphire don't have the facilities to do this yet. Purchasing the tickets was very easy, however I expected to print off the actual tickets and not a voucher to be exchanged at the box office. On calling I was advised that there is currently a 1 to 2 hour queue at the Box office and no mention was made of this on the web site. Your agent explained that if you ring you are advised of this fact , however this information was only given as an afterthought as I pushed for details. This is an on line service and you would not call unless a problem occurred, and I had already purchased my tickets which are non refundable . I do feel as though I have been misled and would not chose to purchase tickets through this site again.
