California Disney £2500 worth of tickets for family NO REFUND even though the park is closed!!! Horrendous customer service during the Coronavirus. I understand they’re busy like everyone else over 30 phone calls without success, was told via email someone would call me back over 3 weeks ago (still waiting for the call). Don't bother using the customer service number 020 3540 7707, on hold for 5 minutes every time then get a recorded message to say hang up. Email response takes days or up to a week sometimes with the same reply... "Many thanks for your emails.Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting back to you regarding your query. We are indeed getting quite a large number of requests and cancellations from our customers and we are trying our very best to get back as soon as possible, we can offer you vouchers" I don't want vouchers - just refund my hard earned money you joke of a company. Vow to never use 365 again, and purchase direct through Disney for the sake of a few extra quid.

Used 365 tickets to book tickets for Disneyland Paris in June 2015. Checked the reviews and was unsure but decided to give it a try. Recieved confirmation of order pretty quick and tickets came via e-mail (with our names on them) within a week. We printed them out and on the day didnt have to queue! They just scanned the barcode and passed us through - was great. Didnt use fast pass so can't comment but would highly recommend for ease/avoid waiting in line - plus great value for 2 park entry.

It was really easy to book 2 tickets, at short notice, giving us the full access to the Tower of London - and particularly the Crown Jewels which the child I took wanted to see. We printed the tickets as soon as we received confirmation and when we arrived at the Tower of London it only took us about 15 minutes to get to the main entrance - which was really good as everyone was there to see the poppies. The whole process was extremely efficient and I would definitely book tickets for other things via your website again.

Excellent Customer Service during such an uncertain time. Offered refund or credit for a trip that could not go ahead. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend to others.

Didn't send tickets immediately as promised. Don't use. Caused no end of hassle as couldn't print next day before leaving for Disney land. Rubbish service. Won't use again.

Dear Jonathan, Disneyland tickets require a voucher to be generated by the supplier which is stated on the product page. When a voucher is generated manually this can take up to 24hrs depending on office opening hours. Your ticket was sent to you within this time frame. We apologise if this caused any inconvenience. My review Is for loropsc, Tenerife,must got back, so very up to date! One or two things to say, the parc is great, getting the tickets and help was great,but encounter slight hiccups,warnings for others, if you go to loropsc from Los crristianos area, be warned it takes1-1/2 hrs by ciacjph, be sure you no the name of the coach,where it will drop you off and pick you up! Take the coaches number, when you get there it's great, but watch out for the return journey! Hundreds of coaches going back at the same time, to diffrent resorts,if you miss it, tough! So be awear Also my ticket was exchanged by a lovely lady for a loropac voucher. But when I got to hand it in,nether was a bit of confusion,they had to get a supervisor, but sgphevsaid it was fine, in I went! So just a few things to be awear iof, in case it happens to you!, but if you go from Santa cruise area, it's very close! Enjoy the shows are mega fantastic, look out for other animals!!!

I used this site to buy tickets for my grandson and his girlfriend to experience the Barcelona scenic tour while they were on holiday in Salou. As it was his first holiday abroad by himself I was very anxious. A lady named Mary Gladwin emailed me to explain there was a hiccup with the tour but she would sort it out which she did. We exchanged quite a few emails to each other and I told her how anxious and worried I was not only did she put my mind at ease but she went above and beyond her work duties. She actually went to the hotel to meet Jamie and Amber and took them to the tour office for them to exchange their voucher. Then she helped them purchase a local bus ticket pass and then drove them to Portadventura. I can't thank her enough. Mary Gladwin you are a star and an asset to the company. I am going to Salou on 9th May and will be purchasing tickets for the same tour from 365 tickets without any hesitation. Hopefully I can meet meet up with Mary and thank her personally. Used this site to purchase tickets for Disneyland Paris and the Vedettes de Paris river cruise and was really pleased with the site. Tickets were emailed on within a few hours and we had no issues using them. Id be more than happy to use 365tickets again and will definitely recommend it to others.

I wanted to go to the Tower on Friday 7 nov so searched the webbsited and found 365Tickets I was pleased with the price and decided to purchase tickets .I was able to print off the necessary paper work and I went to the Tower with my school friend.I was quiete satisfied with your siteThankyou, Elizabeth Hawkins

Totally fobbed me off when asked for a refund for attractions no longer being able to attend due to the travel ban between the usa and uk due to corona virus! Abysmal customer service! Do not use this company!

Wow. I am amazed at how good 365 tickets customer service is. Myself and my partner are currently in disneyland paris and the tickets had somehow dissapeared from my emails when just as we got to the gates! I quickly call (out of panic) the number provided by 365, I got straight through to a caller (no wait or automatic dial messages) and within seconds had my tickets re-sent! That caller saved the day, and I was over joyed with the assistant he gave me! Thank you so much!
