“The MasterCard payment took a long time to complete. I use as card which I am the supplemental card holder. But the 365ticket.com and Mastercard route the transaction to the need of a verification code sent to the email account. However, there is only one option, this is to send to the primary card holder's email. The caused me more than an hour just to locate the primary cardholder to read the registered email account......”

“Quite clear, straight forward and fast booking without any hassle up till now. However e-tickets are meant for delivery instantly. I would give a 5* rating if the e-tickets may be confirmed and sent instantly online instead waiting for up to 24 hours to get them.”
