It wasn't clear that purchasing tickets from a third party meant long queues at Madame Tussaud without option to upgrade. Wish I'd know and I wouldn't have bought from your site as short on time on a day visit to London.

We ordered 3 tickets to EuroDisney. We received 3 tickets but 2 of them were identical so the third person would not have gotten in. Tried to get in touch immediately but the phone number went to voice mail (during business hours) every time. We tried e-mail and got a reply saying everything was fine but still only 2 tickets. The next day I used the chat and had to explain a couple of time what was wrong. After they finally saw the problem they were able to fix it but all in all it was a very stressful situation.

I bought tickets online in front of the London Eye, in my mind skipping the ticket boot. Once (almost immediately) received email confirmation with e-ticket, WITH the notification that it must be printed out (who carriers a printer in its backback today?) in order to enter the same @@! queue at the ticket boot to have the e-ticket converted into a access ticket! If I would have been noticed (very clearly, early in the eticket purchase process) I would never have chosen this service. It took my familiy (small children) 2x30 minutes to find an internet cafe (on sunday) to have our e-tickets printed out on paper. I was perplex when I went back to the ticket boot to get my access ticket and the service advisor JUST scanned the bar code on the paper (could also have scanned that in my email) and provided us the ticket. POOR SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION! Oh, I forgot to mention that we were in the standard customer waiting queue for almost 2 hours, seeing 'priority' customers taking over, but that is to blame to Coca Cola company, which is exploiting this attraction....

Out tickets to disneyland havent been confirmed and the payment had been charged fully ..We are not able to contact on the given telephone number also Please look into the matter

Dear Praful, Thank you for your review. Please note Disneyland tickets require a voucher to be generated manually by the supplier, this can take up to 24hrs depending on office opening hours. This information is listed under the ticket terms on the product page. We can see that you have now received your tickets and hope you have a memorable time at Disneyland Paris. Tickets were purchased and then 24 hours later I was informed that my choice of date and time were not availabe. A refund was quick but I had to source my tickets again

Hi Beryl, Thanks for the review. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Tickets for Up at the O2 are subject to availability. We do state this on the product page. This can happen occasionally due to the popularity of the attraction however we are always able to offer alternative time or dates. Or if these are not suitable we will offer a full refund. I bought a ticket for the next day and my order was not processed till the day I wanted to use it, making it very difficult to plan. I thought I was going to miss out on the tour. The other problem I had was because I was travelling I could not print the ticket out, I didn't have a fax, and it could not be posted to me. It would have been good to able to show an Eticket at the door on my mobile photo of proof of purchase.

Hi Margret, We are very sorry to hear about these difficulties you encountered with us. Unfortunately if you book out of hours for your vouchers to be faxed then we can only do this during our office opening hours which was the next day. The supplier has asked in this case for all customers to bring the printed vouchers to exchange at the gate which we need to abide by. Did you manage to visit the Palace on that day? I booked 4 Disneyland Paris Tickets - the money has gone and been paid for but I don't have the tickets yet? I have been asked to review 365 tickets and as I haven't received confirmation of the tickets after 24 hours of purchasing I feel very uncomfortable.

Thank you for your review, Claudia. The Disneyland Paris bookings need to be booked in on the official Disney system by our staff to generate the voucher. We book in the vouchers nearer the visit date to offer flexibility in case your travel plans change as Disneyland has strict terms and conditions of no cancellations/ no amendments once the tickets have been booked in on their system. I purchased 3 TICKETS !!!! for Kensington Palace for 8th May 2017. After I had paid I found out these are NOT TICKETS but Vouchers. I have recently had a knee replacement and cant stand in a queue for long. The whole point of buying a Ticket is to gain entry. NOT to stand in a queue , which KP tell me can be at least 45mins - 1 hour to exchange Vouchers for Tickets, 365 should not advertise TICKETS when they are NOT Tickets and clearly state these are Vouchers. We are very disappointed in this service. I spoke on chat but was told I will have to exchange them for tickets and that " We cant say what KPalace do "

Dear Christina, We apologies for any inconvenience caused. We understand that a long waiting time would be difficult for you. However we would like to let you know that by purchasing online with us, your queuing time is reduced. At Kensington Palace there are two queues. One to purchase tickets directly at the gate, which can take up to an hour. If you called Kensington directly, I believe this is what they would be referring to. The other queue is for anyone who has pre-purchased tickets online like the ones from 365Tickets. We have spoken to Kensington Palace who have informed us that the average waiting time in the pre-purchased ticket queue is 15 minutes which hopefully won't be too long a wait. Regarding the voucher information, on each product on our site we have a section called 'Ticket Terms' which gives you information on this. If you check the Kensington Palace product page it states: Unless stipulated in the booking process all bookings require customers to print their voucher off in order to be exchanged for entry to the attraction or tour. Order was processed in U.K. Currency and I was not aware of that. It costed me extra in foreign transaction fees by my bank. Other wise offer was good.

I understand that you can deliberately delay processing orders without my agreement and if it is eurodisney you seem to manually re-key. I learned this from live chat. I think manual re-keying is prone to error and delay and is a major disappointment to me.

As stated in the Ticket Terms on the Disneyland Paris 1 Day/1 Park Ticket: This product requires a voucher to be generated by the supplier, where a voucher can be generated instantly this will not delay your order. However if the voucher needs to be generated manually this can take up to 24hrs depending on office opening hours. We were not told that by buying with 365 tickets (instead of directly from the museum) we could not skip the queue for tickets on arrival. This was the entire point of us booking in advance so we were very disappointed that that when we arrived we were told we had to queue with everyone who had not purchased a ticket in advance.

You are selling tickets that don't exist. It they are unavailable, remove them from the website.... Despite this, the response to advise me of this was quick and responsive

after my purchase, no email confirmation about that. the only thing that i knw is pending from the payment.. i need to wait until 3 days to get the confirmation status... i communicate with your staff thru live chat asking for the mail status, she said yes she will give to me, but i still need to wait up to 24 hour to get it... as the 1st time customer this is very stressful for me due to my credit card already been charge even my order is pending at that time

Hi Kamarul, A confirmation email was sent on the day of booking, this may have gone to your spam folder. Disneyland Paris tickets need to be processed on the official Disney system by our staff which can take a few days and is stated on the product page. Once purchased, your tickets are guaranteed. We make sure all Disneyland Paris tickets are received at least 3 weeks before your visit at the latest. We don't process the tickets until nearer the time of your visit as Disneyland Tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable. We booked combined tower and london eye. Rushed through the tower as we wanted to make sure to get admitted to the eye. When we got there we were sent away with the argument that london eye tickets had sold out for the day. Tickets were bought and valid only on this date, so lost the admission to london eye. Feels like we´ve been scammed

Brought tickets as they were "show your phone no print" & then when they came through they were print only. Makes it very tricky when you are away from home on holiday. That said - the tickets were very well discounted

I ordered three tickets for Disneyland Paris. I received an email to say that my order had been received but that "At this time your order could not be confirmed straight away. We'll be in touch as soon as confirmation details have been gained." Four days later I hadn't heard anything so I called them. The lady on the phone advised that they aren't sent immediately and usually a couple of weeks before I travel (I had put that I was travelling in April on the form). I thought this was ok but the lady took my reference number to check everything was fine. After a while on hold she told me the tickets I had purchased expired on 24th March. They didn't because I told her I didn't book the 3 for 2 tickets as I had checked the expiry date on that offer. Off she went and put me on hold. Then she claimed she had found the tickets (obviously she hadn't found them the first time!) and said they would be sent by email within the next couple of weeks. Funnily enough an hour later they appeared in my inbox. Obviously something had gone wrong with the sale and rather than admit that they tried to fob me off with nonsense. Not worth the hassle for a £20 saving, I'd buy direct next time.

Occasionally, human error can occur, especially with high volume selling tickets such as Disneyland Paris which we sell hundreds of every day. If the customer does need these sooner we are always happy to send these on request, which I imagine our customer service team did in order to resolve the issue.
