“I wanted to visit Kensington Palace but no tickets were available on their website for the date I wanted. I managed to buy through 365 but as I am yet to visit I can't comment on the final outcome.”

“Bought the tickets last minute. A security check delayed the vouchers being sent but a woman from customer services kindly phoned me and dealt with the matter once I emailed them. The tickets are vouchers which we needed to exchange for tickets . London eye - the cashier recommended for back half an hour before closure for short queues and to save money on Fast pass upgrades. Also saw sunset .. Only other queues were for a few minutes so really am impressed and will use again”
