“Port Aventura tickets were a good price, easy to order and print at home. However, they wouldn't scan when we got there so the bar code had to be manually entered. Didn't notice anyone else having this problem.”

“Cinecitta world (Rome) - Although we found that we were not given enough information to find our coach pick-up point and we had to re-arrange the day. There were about 100 coaches spread over three connecting squares and we couldn't find it despite looking for an hour. 365 were happy to rearrange the day for us and we had a wonderful time at the theme park. Its not set up for tourists that don't speak Italian but we muddled through and enjoyed the atmosphere. The highlight of the day would probably have to be the visit to the Ben Hur film set where we had a chariot ride pull by two horses.”

“The purchase of tickets was easy but it required a print out of the tickets purchased, as i was on holiday i couldn't print. Was quite an inconvenience and resulted in waiting in for 20+ minutes in 38° with 2 children, not ideal.”

“Value buy but only issue I had was long queues at attractions' ticket windows, I think if I purchased the tickets from 365 then the same should be valid at attractions without having to get new actual tickets for the attractions.”
