Hi, I am sorry to hear that you had trouble when booking tickets. As stated in the Ticket Terms for Siam Park, this product requires confirmation from the supplier and this can take up to 24 hours. “We were not told that by buying with 365 tickets (instead of directly from the museum) we could not skip the queue for tickets on arrival. This was the entire point of us booking in advance so we were very disappointed that that when we arrived we were told we had to queue with everyone who had not purchased a ticket in advance.”

“The website does not state that the booking will not be confirmed immediately - we are flying first thing tomorrow morning and I expected to receive the emailed tickets straight away so I can print them out before we leave - they say on the confirmation (but this is only once you have booked and paid) it can take up to 24 hours! Have just called to find out if we will get the tickets before we leave or, if not, to cancel the order, and the phone has gone through to voicemail (even though it says the office is open today 8am until 4pm) and the Chat Facility is turned off so now I have to wait to see if anyone will get back to us today. One very unhappy customer!”
